If you use the Gmail integration on our platform, you will be asked to give us access to your Gmail or Google account information. This information is essential for how our Gmail integration works.
By using the Gmail integration, you will grant Innovation Intelligence access to information associated with your mailbox. In addition, Innovation Intelligence will be able to read, create and send emails from your connected Gmail account. Innovation Intelligence will not store responses, sent emails, email headers, subject line, distribution lists, aliases, sent time and email bodies. Your email may contain confidential information, such as the names of your contacts, your private communications or financial or medical information, none of this information is available to other users, only you have access to it after integrating with your Google account.
In our integration with Gmail, we request access to restricted scopes from your user, these scopes are intended to improve and provide our users with the desired experience with access granted to higher level functionalities, these scopes are necessary for you to be able to use our CRM to send and manage emails directly from our platform, being able to disconnect from our integration easily if you wish.
Your email data is not stored by our system or transferred between other services, the synchronization is done directly with Google, and our platform only performs the search for this information and its use following the limited use policy of Google.
All your emails are synchronized directly with your Google account, we only handle the synchronization of your account in order to keep the data always up to date.
